Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Deposits will be forfeited for reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Restrictions for holiday and special event dates may also apply. Contact resort for more details.

Refunds will be granted for:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking a reservation with an arrival date greater than 72 hours from time of booking.
•  Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of check-in.

Refunds will be processed to the form that was used for payment.

Monthly or Longer Stays: Subject to availability and not to exceed 6 months.

Long Term guests are guests that stay at the resort for a period greater than one month, but may not stay longer than 6 months.

The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation.
